Sales Account Manager – Managed Print Services

  • Experience: 3- 5 years in UAE market

 

Mandatory Sales Skills Required:

  • Good knowledge & experience in managing customers request for Office Automation/IT specially Managed Print Services (MPS), MFPs and Printers.
  • Ability to create good customer relation.
  • Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization & ability to work under pressure.

 

Soft Skills Required:

  • Good in English communication skills (both speaking and writing)
  • Good experience in customer interaction and customer relationship management
  • Very strong Analytical and Presentation Skills
  • Arabic Speaking preferred

B.E. /B. in Engineering

 

Driving License:

Required
