Sales Account Manager – Managed Print Services
- Experience: 3- 5 years in UAE market
Mandatory Sales Skills Required:
- Good knowledge & experience in managing customers request for Office Automation/IT specially Managed Print Services (MPS), MFPs and Printers.
- Ability to create good customer relation.
- Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization & ability to work under pressure.
Soft Skills Required:
- Good in English communication skills (both speaking and writing)
- Good experience in customer interaction and customer relationship management
- Very strong Analytical and Presentation Skills
- Arabic Speaking preferred
