- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in staff augmentation.
- Work on existing renewals and identify new business opportunities with potential & existing clients.
- Coordinate with clients as well as vendors to facilitate the deal’s closure.
- Develop and maintain professional client relationships with Clients and Staff.
- Manage Staff leaves and other operational requirements.

- Sales-oriented with a proven track record.
- Possesses financial and business acumen.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A highly self-motivated and independent initiator with excellent interpersonal skills
