Pre-Sales Consultant Collaboration

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, conducting meetings to understand their technology requirements and challenges.
• Develop strong client relationships and provide guidance on technology solutions.
• Evaluate a client’s existing IT infrastructure, network architecture, and cybersecurity posture.
• Design and recommend comprehensive cloud, network, and cybersecurity solutions tailored to the client’s objectives.
• Prepare detailed proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, implementation plans, and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create persuasive presentations and proposals.
• Stay current with advancements in cloud technologies, network design, and cybersecurity trends.
• Understand cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their offerings.
• Possess a deep knowledge of network protocols, security technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop PoCs that demonstrate the feasibility and benefits of proposed solutions.
• Assist clients in evaluating and validating PoCs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the organization’s cloud, network, and cybersecurity product offerings.
• Stay informed about competitive products and market dynamics.
• Work closely with the sales team to formulate go-to-market strategies and refine sales pitches.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.

Qualification:

• Proven experience in presales or technical consulting, with a focus on cloud, networking, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, cloud service providers, and network infrastructure.
• Proficiency in cybersecurity concepts, network security, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) and cybersecurity (e.g., CCNA/CCNP/CISSP) are highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,

Driving License:

Required.
