Senior ICT Technician

Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on ICT experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ICT Senior Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ICT infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, and supporting enterprise-level ICT infrastructure across the projects. This position requires technical expertise in networking, structured cabling, and communication systems, along with the ability to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install structured cabling systems including copper and fiber.
• Perform cable termination, labeling, and testing.
• Install network cabinets, racks, and active equipment.
• Assist engineers in configuration and troubleshooting.
• Conduct system testing and fault identification.
• Maintain installation quality and documentation.
• Follow safety and project standards.
• Support system upgrades and maintenance activities.

 

Requirements:

• Knowledge of cabling standards and installation practices.
• Ability to read drawings and layouts.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in site environments.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cable testing tools (Fluke).
• Fiber Optic Certification (FOA or equivalent)
• GCC experience is a plus.

 

Education & Certifications:

• Diploma in IT/Networking or related field.
• CCNA certification preferred.

 

Languages:

• Fluent Arabic (Mandatory)
