Fleet & Transport Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Fleet & Transport Supervisor to oversee our company fleet, drivers, and daily delivery operations.

The role will be responsible for managing the company’s fleet, supervising drivers, coordinating daily deliveries, and ensuring that all vehicles, drivers, and delivery documentation are maintained in full compliance with company and UAE requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in fleet management, driver supervision, and delivery operations within the UAE.

Experience: 3–5+ years of relevant experience in Fleet, Transport, or Logistics Operations in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Fleet Management

• Ensure timely vehicle registration, renewal, insurance, servicing, and maintenance.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and ensure vehicles remain roadworthy and operational.
• Coordinate with garages, insurance companies, RTA and other external service providers.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle registration, insurance, maintenance, and related documentation.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and operational expenses.

 

Driver & Transport Management

• Supervise and coordinate company drivers and their daily assignments.
• Prepare and monitor driver schedules and delivery routes.
• Monitor driver attendance, performance, conduct, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure drivers comply with UAE traffic regulations and company safety procedures.
• Follow up on traffic fines, accidents, vehicle incidents, and other driver-related matters.

 

Delivery Operations

• Coordinate the daily collection of goods from the warehouse and distribution to customers.
• Ensure deliveries are completed according to approved schedules, routes, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to ensure goods are ready for dispatch.
• Ensure proper completion and submission of delivery documentation, including Delivery Notes, Proof of Delivery (POD), and related paperwork.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve delivery-related issues.

 

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with vehicle registration, insurance, maintenance, and renewal processes in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, RTA requirements, and traffic regulations.
• Previous experience in delivery/distribution operations is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in coordinating daily driver schedules and delivery routes.
• Good knowledge of delivery documentation and Proof of Delivery processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational requirements simultaneously.

Driving License:

• UAE Driving License is preferred.
