AV Engineer – ELV Systems

We are seeking an experienced AV Engineer specialized in ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems to join our team in Dubai. The role involves independent installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of AV equipment across various environments, including corporate offices and live events.

Experience: 2 – 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Setup
  • Independently install and configure AV systems, including projectors, sound systems, video conferencing tools, and control systems.
  • Handle cabling, wiring, and integration with existing IT networks.
• System Maintenance & Troubleshooting
  • Perform routine maintenance on AV equipment to ensure reliability.
  • Quickly identify and resolve technical issues during events or day-to-day operations.
  • Manage firmware and software updates for AV devices.
• Event Support & Operation
  • Operate AV equipment during corporate meetings, conferences, or live events.
  • Manage live audio mixing, video switching, and presentation displays.
  • Provide onsite technical support and assist end-users during events.
• Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work with senior engineers, IT teams, and event planners to meet project requirements.
  • Assist in planning and designing AV setups for new projects or upgrades.
  • Document system configurations, troubleshooting logs, and user manuals.
• Training & Guidance
  • Support junior technicians by sharing knowledge and assisting in troubleshooting.
  • Provide basic user training on AV equipment operation.
• Inventory & Compliance
  • Maintain records of AV equipment inventory and manage equipment checkout.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational policies during installations.
