Collection Officer (Arabic Speaker)

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Collection Officer to manage customer follow-ups, collect outstanding payments, and handle cheque guarantees. The role requires regular field visits and strong communication skills.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in collections IT Company or related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with customers to collect due payments and cheque guarantees.
  • Conduct field visits and maintain professional communication with clients.
  • Update collection records and report account status to management.
  • Resolve payment issues and coordinate with internal teams as needed.


Soft Skills Required:

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer-handling skills.
  • Good knowledge of UAE market (Abu Dhabi preferred).

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma

Driving License:

Valid UAE driving license.

Languages:

Arabic, English
