ELV Commissioning Engineer

We are seeking an experienced ELV Commissioning Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses on the commissioning of CCTV, Access Control, and Intercom systems, including system testing, verification, and performance validation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ELV commissioning or a related field, particularly in CCTV, Access Control, and Intercom systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct commissioning activities for ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intercom), ensuring performance verification and validation.
• Configure and commission systems from leading vendors such as:
  • Access Control: Lenel, Bosch, Genetec, HID, HIKVision, Watchnet, Suprema, Gallagher, Nedap, Paxton, ZKTeco.
  • CCTV: Hanwha Techwin, Milestone, Genetec, Avigilon, QNAP, HIKVision, Dahua, Pelco.
  • Intercom: Zentinel, 2N, Commend, Comelit, Fermax.
• Develop and execute test plans aligned with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the commissioning process.
• Maintain documentation of all commissioning activities, test results, and performance data.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations, codes, and standards.
• Be willing to travel internationally for project assignments, including extended durations when required.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Industry certifications or manufacturer-specific training (preferred)

Languages:

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
