ELV Technician

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in ELV system installation. Experience in UAE projects or similar construction environments.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ELV Technician with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the installation and deployment of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. The candidate should have practical knowledge of Structured cabling, CCTV & GRMS systems, and General ELV infrastructure with a strong understanding of site execution from a construction perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of ELV system works as per drawings and specifications.
• Understanding cable routing, tray works, containment and labeling as per standards.
• Coordination with site engineers and other trades during installation.
• Testing & commissioning support and basic troubleshooting.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards on site.

Requirements:

• Experience with Structured cabling, GRMS and CCTV systems is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of ELV systems such as Access control, PA/BGM, etc. is an advantage.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with construction site practices and coordination.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work under supervision or independently.
• Basic working knowledge of English (for communication and understanding instructions).

Education:

Diploma or relevant technical certification.
