We’re looking for a meticulous and results-driven Inventory Operator with 3–4 years of experience in inventory control or stock management. If you possess a strong command of ERP systems, a sharp eye for reconciling discrepancies, and a proven ability to manage high-volume stock receipts with precision, this is your opportunity to join a dynamic team in Dubai.

Experience: Proven experience as an Inventory Controller, Inventory Specialist, or similar role (at least 3-4 years).

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances.
• Maintain inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems.
• Generate inventory reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Assist in process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and process store receipts accurately and in a timely manner upon receipt of materials.
• Verify received goods against purchase orders and delivery notes before generating GRNs, ensuring quantity and quality accuracy.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Education:

• High school diploma required; degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
