Presales Engineer

We are looking for a Presales Engineer with strong technical expertise in Structured Cabling Networks (SCN), CCTV systems, and Dell enterprise solutions, who can also manage Material Submittals and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide presales support for SCN, CCTV, and Dell IT infrastructure solutions.
• Work with the sales team to understand client requirements and design suitable solutions.
• Prepare BOQs, proposals, and technical compliance documents.
• Prepare and submit Material Submittals in line with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams for solution validation and approvals.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Structured Cabling Networks (fiber, copper, rack layouts, labelling).
• Strong experience in CCTV design (IP cameras, NVR/server sizing, VMS platforms).
• Strong experience in Dell EMC servers, storage, and virtualization solutions.
• Ability to prepare Material Submittals, technical datasheets, and compliance statements.
• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, MS Visio, Excel, and Dell sizing/configuration tools.
• Strong communication skills for client/consultant interactions.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Dell EMC certification, BICSI, SIRA, or CCNA (preferred but not mandatory).
• Previous presales experience with system integrators or IT/ELV solution providers.
