Procurement and Logistics Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement and Logistics Officer to support day-to-day logistics, procurement, and inventory activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination with vendors, transporters, and internal departments. Training to be conducted in Dubai.

Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics operations (preferably in KSA or UAE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify the most appropriate supplier for the designated product and determine availability.
  • Perform comparative pricing, and negotiate pricing, and Payment Terms.
  • Issue purchase order as per Alpha Data’s Procurement Policy.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Cost Control/Budget Compliances
  • Manages vendor relationships and source new vendors as per the requirement.
  • Prepare Monthly Procurement performance review report as per KPI.
  • Receiving the ordered materials per the laid down procedures and process GRN.
  • Store the received materials, Run Stock report, and follow up on pending items that are not moved out from stock.
  • Sending GRN documents to accounts payable for processing Vendor payments.
  • Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics activities.
  • Follow up with local and international suppliers on shipments and documentation.
  • Track deliveries and ensure accurate and timely flow of goods.
  • Work closely with warehouse team to monitor stock levels and receiving schedules.
  • Assist in preparing purchase orders, shipment schedules, and customs clearance documentation.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transporters.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery notes, and inventory movements.
  • Support procurement in vendor follow-up and order tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Good understanding of Incoterms, import/export procedures, and local customs regulations.

 

Soft Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of warehousing and transportation practices in the GCC region.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

 

Languages:

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
