Project Manager – IT / ELV / AV Systems
Experience: 4–6 years of proven experience managing IT/ELV/AV projects.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver IT, ELV (Extra Low Voltage), and AV (Audio Visual) system projects across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle—from initiation and design coordination through execution, testing, and handover—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires strong coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams, along with a deep understanding of ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, structured cabling, BMS integration, and AV solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for IT, ELV, and AV systems.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, Saudi standards, and client requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage procurement processes, vendor selection, and subcontractor performance.
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and system integration.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
- Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and documentation.
- Handle change management and variation orders effectively.
- Ensure successful project handover, documentation, and client training.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems would be advantage:
- CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection.
- Structured Cabling & Networking.
- Public Address & Voice Evacuation.
- Audio-Visual Systems & Video Conferencing.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Saudi codes, standards, and project environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in ICT/ELV/AV projects.
- Knowledge of project management tools.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field.
- PMP certification is mandatory.
Languages:
- Fluent Arabic & English (Mandatory)
