Sales Manager – Managed Services

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the growth of our services portfolio. The role focuses on driving recurring revenue, managing key customer relationships, and expanding Alpha Data’s footprint in managed services and support offerings.

Experience: 8+ years of sales experience, including 3–5 years in IT/managed services sales, with a proven track record of selling support services, managed services, cybersecurity services, and SLA-based contracts.


Mandatory Sales Skills Required:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow managed services, support contracts, and subscription-based services.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and gross margin targets, with a strong focus on recurring revenue (ARR).
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing enterprise and government customers while acquiring new accounts.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: opportunity identification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate closely with service delivery, presales, and technical teams to ensure aligned solutions and successful handover.
  • Monitor pipeline, forecast sales, and report performance to management on a regular basis.
  • Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the services domain.


Soft Skills Required:

  • Good experience in customer interaction and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
