Sales Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager based in Abu Dhabi with 7-10 years of experience in the UAE market. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of IT trends, expertise in Huawei’s portfolio, and excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred). Experience selling digital transformation solutions and building strong customer relationships is essential.

Experience:

• 7- 10 years in UAE market

Mandatory Sales Skills Required:

• Good exposure on Latest information technology trends.
• Strong ability to communicate and sell our digital transformation portfolios ( VDI, security , Cloud Big data , AI etc ) as well as creating good customer relation.
• Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines & Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Should have sold Huawei PORTFOLIO end to end and having a good knowledge of the same will be key.
• Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization & ability to work under pressure.

Soft Skills Required:

• Good in English communication skills (both speaking and writing)
• Good experience in customer interaction and customer relationship management
• Very strong Analytical and Presentation Skills
• Arabic Speaking preferred

Education & Certifications:

• B.E. /B. in Engineering

Driving License:

• Required

Languages:

• English, Arabic
