We are looking for a seasoned Solution Architect with 8+ years of experience designing and delivering complex cloud solutions across AWS and Azure. This role demands deep technical expertise in cloud architecture, migrations, and infrastructure automation, along with strong client engagement skills. You will lead end-to-end cloud transformation projects—from initial assessment and architecture design to hands-on implementation—ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions that align with enterprise business goals.

Experience:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with progressive responsibilities
• Experience with multi-cloud implementations and hybrid architectures
• Background in enterprise application modernization and legacy system transformation
• Consulting or professional services background with client delivery experience
• Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization implementations

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design

• Design comprehensive cloud solutions architecture for complex enterprise environments across AWS, Azure platforms
• Create detailed technical blueprints, implementation roadmaps, and deployment strategies
• Conduct thorough architectural assessments and gap analyses for cloud readiness
• Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and technical demonstrations to validate architectural decisions
• Ensure architectural designs meet performance, scalability, security, and cost optimization requirements
• Lead end-to-end cloud implementations from planning through production deployment
• Execute complex cloud migrations including lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and cloud-native transformations
• Hands-on deployment of infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM templates
• Manage implementation timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery milestones are met
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation phases

Cloud Migration & Modernization

• Assess legacy systems and develop comprehensive migration strategies
• Execute application modernization initiatives including microservices transformation
• Implement data migration strategies with minimal downtime and data loss
• Deploy hybrid and multi-cloud architectures with seamless integration
• Validate post-migration performance and functionality against business requirements

Client Engagement & Project Management

• Partner directly with clients during implementation phases to ensure requirements are met
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates and technical guidance
• Conduct technical workshops and knowledge transfer sessions with client teams
• Document implementation processes, best practices, and operational procedures
• Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations

Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Lead technical teams during implementation projects and provide hands-on guidance
• Mentor junior architects and engineers on implementation best practices
• Foster collaboration between development, operations, and business teams
• Drive adoption of cloud-native practices and implementation methodologies

Implementation-Specific Skills

• Migration Tools: AWS Migration Hub, Azure Migrate, Database Migration Service
• Deployment Automation: Blue-green deployments, canary releases, rolling updates
• Disaster Recovery: RTO/RPO planning, backup strategies, business continuity implementation
• Azure AVD Assessment and implementation
• Performance Optimization: Load testing, capacity planning, cost optimization strategies

Education & Certifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional
• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert
