Technology Consultant – Service Assurance
- 8–10 years of related experience in pre- and post-sales activities, which includes gap analysis, requirement gathering, solution presentation/demo, solution design, competitive analysis, and implementation.
Skills Required:
- Handling end-to-end RFPs, RFQs, bids, and tenders for business applications, low code or no code, services assurance, ITOM, ITSM, API management solutions, vendors (i.e., Software AG, SAS, Mendix, Outsystems, etc.).
- InforSec background added advantage solutions, i.e., identity and access management (IAM), protected access management (PAM), security configuration management (SCM), endpoint protection techniques, and other information security solutions.
- Working on technical compliance, preparation of bill of material (BOM), hardware sizing, product licensing, and proposal writing of solutions.
- Conducted POCs, demos, and resolved technical queries.
- Excellent report writing and communication.
- The ability to work well independently or with a team

- Bachelor degree in IT, CS or any related
