Sales Manager – Managed Print Services (MPS)

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager (MPS & Document Solutions) to lead business development and account expansion across the UAE market. The ideal candidate brings 3 to 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in selling hardware (MFPs/Printers), Managed Print Services (MPS), Document Management Systems (DMS), and digitization solutions within the UAE.

Experience: 3–5 years of direct sales experience in the UAE office automation / printer / MPS industry with a proven track record of target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Pipeline Growth

• Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise and SME accounts across corporate, government, education, and healthcare sectors in the UAE.
• Drive sales of Managed Print Services (MPS), multi-function printers (MFPs), digital workflow solutions, and print security software.
• Structure and present cost-per-page (CPP) and total cost of ownership (TCO) proposals tailored to client infrastructure.

 

2. Account Management & Strategic Relationships

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, procurement heads, and IT directors, leveraging Arabic and English communication skills.
• Manage contract renewals, equipment upgrades, and cross-selling/upselling of document management software and IT managed solutions.

 

3. Sales Strategy & Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor activity, UAE market trends, and vendor partner programs (e.g., Canon, HP, Xerox, Ricoh, Kyocera, Konica Minolta).
• Forecast quarterly revenue, maintain account pipelines in CRM, and achieve individual and team sales quotas.

 

Qualifications & Skills

• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of MPS models, leasing agreements, page-count contracts, document workflow software, and local procurement processes (commercial and government tenders).

 

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

 

Driver License:

• Valid UAE Driver’s License and personal vehicle are essential.

 

Language:

• Arabic (Bilingual/Native) and English.
